Entry Level Applicants
Creation Therapy
Pre-requisite course to Phase I & II
(Eleven weeks course)
• General Enrollment Application
• $50.00 non-refundable application fee • High School Diploma, GED, Graduate from an undergraduate college or in pursuit of degree • Member in good standing of a local church
Payment of Student Accounts/Tuitions
All semester expenses must be paid in US currency. Creation Therapy course is broken down into one payment. Phase I & II courses are broken down into six payments. A 10% late fee will be assessed to remaining balance after tuition is late 5 days.
Students who have an unsettled indebtedness to the school may be withdrawn from classes and refused permission to take exams. In addition, no certificates, licenses, or degrees conferred, or credits given, nor transcript(s) issued, nor letter of honorable dismissal or recommendations will be written for such students. Past-due accounts will be turned over to a collection agency; the student is responsible for all collection fees.
General Refund Policy
No refund will be granted after the first week of class.

Non-refundable fees include but are not limited to:
• Registration Fee
• TAPs
• Matriculation Fees
• $100 National Background check
• Membership Fees
• Late Fees
All temperaments analysis profiles must be accompanied by $30.00 payment in order for it to be processed. No exceptions.
